The program is comprised of teens under the age of 18 referred by Stoughton Municipal Court for underage alcohol or drug violations.  Teens are required to complete an assessment plus an 7 hour program in order to have their ticket dropped and maintain their driving privileges.   OceanHawk Counseling will send a letter informing the court of compliance after successful completion of the group and all fees paid.

 

JOP meets one Saturday every-other month (see schedule below) from 9:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. with a parent / guardian attending the last hour.

 

Required 1 hr Assessment - $140 - may be covered by insurance

Program fee - $100 - due at time of assessment

 

Parent/Guardian must accompany their teen to the assessment.
